What We Do
Through our engaging and custom-designed workshops, we emphasize the value of goal-setting and the critical role it plays in personal and professional growth.

Our Service Workshops
1. P.L.A.N. for Success
Our flagship interactive workshop to empower the participants with the skills and tools to set goals that will lead to achieving success. Often people have ideas of what they want to receive but not what it takes to achieve. We have them create an actionable and personalized plan towards what they have identified as success

2. Solid Speaker
Fun and balanced workshop that educates
on public speaking and presentation skills.
Both of these skills are required among future employers and potential entrepreneurs. Our goal is to remove fear associated with public speaking and enhance attendees verbal and non verbal presentation skills

3. Intro to Drones
STEM Workshop to introduce ages 8 and up to drones. This workshop introduces the concepts of drone laws, drone safety, and hands-on drone operations. The goal is to educate the participants and prepare them to take the FAA TRUST certification test which is for recreational flights only. Test is taken at last workshop session

What is Our Why
I have been in their shoes. I know what it is like to need guidance. Now, I get to be that support for young people. We are here to INSPIRE the youth to ASPIRE for their goals and dreams. Along the way, we help them build confidence, learn real-life skills, and tackle challenges head-on. By empowering them, we are making a difference in reducing gun violence and supporting mental and emotional well-being. The P.L.A.N. is to give them the tools to create a better future.
